Can't enter ''rooms'' screen

Hi all,

Since yesterday i can't enter the rooms screen anymore.

When i click on the ''rooms'' button in the hc2 it keeps loading and never opens.

When i change the url to .../rooms/new.html i can add new rooms, so that works, only the ''main rooms screen'' won't open.

I tried to reset the hc2 several times but that didn't work. And i tried it from an other pc but that didn't work either.

does anybody have an idea what the problem/solution might be?

i discovered when i made an other acces account that i had no problem there, i only have this problem with the admin account.

so now i made an other account for myself and that one works.

sjek13, what firmware is it? have you tried clearing browser cache?

Firmware? You mean hc2 version?

That is 4.0.18

I didn't try to clear cache ill try tonight, but i tried on more computers

problem is solved trough bugzilla, if more people have this problem it will be fixed in futere release

The same problem...

I've to change the thermostat of the room because the 4.030 upgrade change all the id of the devices...

Yesterday the rooms page was working...

What we have to do?

it is a problem with one of your sensors or thermostats. It has changed the ID and therefor the rooms page cannot find it.

Fibaro has to fix this, but in the mean time you can go to a sensor in the room and set the sensor you want to "rooms main sensor".

that should fix the problem.

If the problem is due to a thermostat, you might not be able to fix it as this button is not available on the individual thermostats.
