Module inactive on android and windows, ipad ok

Question

Posted

Hello,

i installed the HC2 and Danfoss thermostates and some sensors for motion and temperature.

but on my android and windows plattform some of them are inactive, when i click on them they dont change the state. but in the grey area behind the X the right temp is shown.

with my ipad i can change the thermostate temperature.

that do i have to do, to make it work with android?

SW: latest beta

2nd thing:

i have activated the alarm, wich is ON now, to deactivate it it asked for a PIN. i searched everything, but wasnt able to find this PIN. i never put one in.

thanks

Hamakos, PIN can be found in Configuration->Access Control->Admin account.

Regarding case with dead devices that are only shown as such in interface: we are aware of that bug in beta and working on it. You can use "Do not mark as dead" setting.

Hamakos, change PIN to something else, save it, and try it again to make sure it is not interface issue.
