Problem - Scheduled timer not working

Question

(HCL v3.593)

Anyone see what's wrong with this?

It should just turn a TKB TZ88E off at 10:14.

It didn't.

The device responds fine to manual operation via the devices panel.

And what are those 2 blank boxes after the turn-off box? I think they might be key as I've had a test timer scene working OK with sending an email.

(EDIT) I guess the green blank box is a dimmer value where applicable?

Cheers

Tim

Also - I can run the scene manually and it works.

    Thanks for the box confirmation.

OK - I'll try the "start when HCL starts". I assumed that meant "run the scene" because there's also an Active button which is ticked.

    Goes off to try...

active scene means that it is possible to deactivate scene for holliday or something

i have a scene with exact time and i did "ticked" sytart when hc2 starts

just try and change time to now for check if it's working

    Thanks so much guys!

That did the trick. It *seems* to be working as expected.

I *thought* that the "Start when HC starts" meant "Run the scene" not "let the scene be active".

Little bit confusing that. Now to do a quick test and see if it respects my Holiday variable...

Lovely - the Holiday variable seems to do the trick too...

OK - this is showing promise...

    Thanks again for your help

The only disappointment is my Aeon Multisensor does not want to work screwed to the shed. (7m and 2 brick walls away).

I've put that under the eaves (bungalow) so it's got nearly line of sight with the transmitter through a pane of glass. That seems to work now...

This might get better maybe if I get more devices and they mesh (assuming the TZ88E can route).

only 220v powered devices are repeaters, don't buy a special repeater just a powered zwave device

just buy a couple of plugin wall switches (+/- 35 euros a piece)

Ah - so my TZ88E plug in switches probably are able to be mesh repeaters...

    Thanks
