GreenWave 6 port 4.019

mickesanda

Question

Hi,

I'm new to Fibaro HC2, I come from the Vera world. I just received my HC2 and upgraded to 4.019 before i included any Z-Wave units. I tried to include a GreenWave 6 port switch. HC finds it but only as a general Z-Wave unit and does not find the 6 ports or the specific parameters.

I tried to press the include button after the inclusion, i tried to remove it and re-include it, I tried to rotate the little wheel with all the room numbers and include it each time with a new number, nothing seem to fix it. I left it all night in hope that a night heal will fix the problem but nothing happened. I had an annoying green flashing LED that kept flashing and after adding parameter 1 with a value of 255 it stopped flashing. See attached pictures.

Any suggestions?

Greenwave should have no problem including... The power reading is only just supported from the beta.

Try removing it. Add it and then wait a minute or two. If you do any reconfigure in the mean time it will likely stop configuring.
