Lost all my scene codes and blocks!!!

last night i was playing with scenes for alarm configuring some new ones. everithing was working from home. this morrning i got ipad app crash every time i pressed the scene button so i get connected remotely to check if there was a problem about. i realized that all the scenes are there, but there was no content in all of them !! neither lua coded nor block scene!! it's like all the scenes instructions have been erased for some reason and don't know why.

The only thing i did was adding and changing some custom icons for the new scenes, buinding a section and putting all the scenes in the new section, could it be the reason for such a strange thing???

I am really pissed off, i need to rebuild all from scratch since i had no back of last night work, additionally i have now to rebuild all the previus scenes which now have no content as well!!

i am with version 3.590 as reccomanded from FIBARO support as is the last official STABLE one!

[uPDATE] ...at the moment i am not able to add new scene anymore!!! when i press add new scene buttons the interface keep holding and does not bring me to the page. it basically last for evere. what's going on???? ever happened to anyone???

Yes you have got the stable version. You must be very happy.

Dino, are you kidding??? just to let you know i update 2 weeks ago to 4.018 as it was listed on the configuration pannel as update available ( completely new to zwve and new to Fibaro). this cause me 25 dead nodes and several issues. i got suggested from support to roll back to the "stable version". i had to re-pair all my device an re-configure all the house from scratch ( remember i am very new to this world). Now i am woth 3.590, the stable version..... i can't believe it.

Also I am still wondering why fibaro keeps putting available BETAS as upgrade in the control pannel of HC2. as they advice me when i got in troubles, "beta are for testing purpose only and might not work properly" , then why don't they build a betatester community and keep away the betas from the upgrades avaiable?????

Sorry to hear that, this shouldn't happen at all.

There is NO stable version, but the betas are ridiculous.

Fibaro seems to have an issue with thinking like a user. We aren't geeks (well sort of) we want a stable software that works as advertised. We could use your time better to write plugins and optimize our scenes rather than installing crappy updates.

xantony, please contact support with your problem it is impossible to detect such problem without access to system.
