Roller shutter v2 - reset and include without unit access

Hi

I needed to re-set all of mt zwave network due to upgrade from 3.5 to 4.19 and bad backup issue !!!

1) is there a way to force the units (roller shutter v2) to reset thier existing zeave data so i can include them in the new system.

3 clicking in the switch didnt work, cutting the power and setting the HC2 to include while setting power back didnt work either.

It will be very hard to remove the covers and discover the units from the wall ... Any advise is welcome.

Another option, I have acess to an old backup sql file (from the recovery usb) is there away to restore only part of the devices (just these roller shutters) into an existing backup. Some kind of a merge ?

Is the zwave data part of the backup in the db / sql file so i can theoretically restore these db lines into my setup and thats it ? (I assume the zwave data is somehow in the backup)

I would really need help as my in-wall configuration is a nightmare

Thx

nadavgo, you can reset any module by using delete procedure on any controller in does not have to be the same the device was added to. So switch buttons will do just fine, just make sure module is in direct range of controller.

It is not possible to manipulate the old backups and you should not unplug recovery memory and plug it into computer. It may void warranty and damage your memory stick.
