SSR303 doesn't responde to Group1 command sent by FGS221

Question

Posted

Hi,

I've just setup a SSR303 in my z-network controlled by HC2.

I would the SSR303 change its state (on/off) following the switch 1 of a FGS221 (2x1,5kw).

So I insert the SSR303 ID in group 1 of FGS221; but it doesn't work.

However if I use a scene on FGS221 controlling the SSR303 it works.

But in this way if HC2 is not working the heating doesn't start.

Any idea?

Thanks.

Alessandro

alecon, when you tested the association, how did you activated FGS221?

    I have a switch connected to the S1 on FGS221 and set the associations in Group1.

    In Group1 there are th HC2 and another two of FGS221 working regularly.

    Now I add the SSR303 but it doesn't respond to FGS221 command.

    screenshot of FGS221 associations:

    Please login or register to see this image.

    1= HC2

    5= FGS221

    6= FGS221

    19= SSR303

    I activated the FGS221 via physical switch o by HC2 console but SSR303 doesn't follow the state of FGS221.

    HC2 Version 3.591

    So it looks like settings are send properly, just SSR switch does not react, have you tried to connect their support to make sure it works with our devices?

    Hi,

    I just included in the z-network an AEOTEC Micro Switch Energy Monitor G2 and I've the same problem that SSR303... it doesn't exec a FGS221 command even if associated in Group1.

    The same is true in the other way... the FGS221 not responds to Micro Switch G2 command even if it is in Group1.

    However both work regularly if the commands are sent by HC2.

    Is it possible that z-wave is not quite a standard??
