How long a delay can be?

I'm using a HCL and I tried to switch on a relay and off again after an hour with the attached scene. If I start the scene, the relay turns on but not off after one hour.

If I lower the delay to 30 or 120 seconds it works.

Is the a limit for the amount of seconds for a delay of an action?

I find the fact that you have to do everything in seconds a little crazy. Why cant they make it in Hours. Mins. Seconds.?

Also the fact that you can say bring a light on at 6pm but then have to make another scene to turn it off at 7pm. Blocks should be made a lot more functional.
