Time Zone Issues

Wow my time settings are completely screwed ..

I can set it manually, but when I save it doesn't stick, if I set it to download time it makes up it's own time .. literally .. so it's like the time zone for adelaide is missing .. hmmm, i might just change it to sydney and see what happens ..

Everytime I save per the attached .. It saves a different time ?? wtf ?

And the timezone settings and the system settings are completely out of whack ..

What have I done !!??? I must be the only one or this would be posted a dozen times over !

FYI it is currently 03/Dec/2014 @ 17.39 locally .. at least I thought it was !

FYI if I set it to auto download, it is 11.5 hours out of whack ..

FYI Lat/Lon co ordinates are correct.

Motion sensors working for anyone?

I just removed and added one. Have all devices but none seam to show any changes including Seismometer.

OK so I have a new but related issue ..

The attached shows my system date which is currently correct at 17th December 15.14 hrs with current breaches showing as 13th December 18.01 hrs ...

It also explains why my scenes are mucked up ..

I've got no ideas ..

Anyone else got anything I haven't thought of ?

Location is correct, system time is correctly set manually or auto update from my local ISP no difference.

All timezone issues are resolved for me in 4.023b ..

Event Panel is now operational ..
