Greenwave Reality Powernode 6 outlets

Question

Posted

Hi All,

Just bought two Greenwave Reality Powernode 6 outlets, i succesfully included both powernodes to HC2, but one of them is recognized as device type 'GreenWave Reality Inc. 6 port', the other one is recognized as 'Z-Wave device'.

Does anyone one has an idea what this can be?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like it hasn't been included correctly. Try to remove it and reinclude it. Be sure not to disturb the Home Center while you include the device to avoid any unintentional effects.

Tried that like three times, but the same every attempt.

I deleted it from HC2 and re-included it, i did not reset the bar it self between the attempts. Could that be a solution?

The "funny" is that although it says main z-wave device, it does see the 6 individual power switches.

    edit:

I've notices on difference between the two bars. The bar that is not displayed correctly is firmware version 4.21. The other one is firmware version 4.20.

In addition to that, the bar that is not displaying correctly only reports the power usage for power slot 1 on the bar. The other ones do report anything.

I attached a screenshot with the faulty power bar, it looks like the one that says T.V. and the 67.1 are the "same". Both switch of the T.V. and report the 0.01KW. As you can see the other ones do not report any power usage but all the connected devices are turned on.

    Hope someone can help.

    Thanks in advance.

I see the same problem is described at the above link to a topic on the Zipato forum.

Do you perhaps have more tips? I tried a lot, but sadly nothing worked.
