Question

Posted

Hello! I have a Fibaro Plug Switch and it can't be connected to my HC2. Light turns on but when i click 3 times on button, it doesn't go to pairing mode. Any sugestion please? Thanks!

I bought it used from amazon.de

Maybe it was used previously with a different home center previously? What are the steps to connect to new HC in this case?

PS: On off button works well. It is turned on/off with one click on the button!

It's in the fine manual, but I'll save you some time

Reset procedure clears the Plug's memory, including Z-Wave network controller information and energy consumption data.

To reset Fibaro Wall Plug:

1) Insert the Plug into a socket,

2) Press and hold the B button for 15 - 20 seconds until LED ring

glows yellow,

3) Release the B button,

4) Press the B button, briefly.

Once the reset procedure is completed, LED ring will glow red and turn off. Plug's relay will turn off as well.
