Advanced Tasker integration

Question

Posted

Using the steps described in this articles (

) it's really easy to control HC2 through Tasker. Even though everything is in French it's not that hard to setup. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how to press buttons on a virtual device so no I used scenes a a workaround.

If you want to try this out I can also recommend downloading the AutoVoice plugin for Tasker so you can control everything through voice commands (in any language). Check out this post (

) about AutoVoice on this forum.

Yeah, but the "pressButton" call is not supported in the Tasker action

I use HTTP Get and it's working fine.

Thank you. I'm also using a simple GET call right now but that was not the topic of my initial post

One of the nice things of this Tasker "plugin" is that you don't have to specify the ID of the device you want to control.
