How to use Universal Binary sensor with ALARM state

Hi,

i was able to use Universal Binary Sensor from fibaro to read if my home alarm (physical alarm), is armed or not. That´s great!

Now I'd like to know how to setup this state knowledge to for example, put Fibaro in ALARM ARMED activated automatically and when it change its state (because I've de-arm my Alarm system), it deactivates the Fibaro Alarm state automatically.

Also, I'd like to know how , when I enter in Fibaro Alarm mode, I turn off all the lights or close the blinds automatically or if it fits under certain parameters...
