I would say "no" but then again I am not sure I understand the question... I have never seen "duplicated nodes". If you see a device in the web interface, but you have reset the corresponding physical device or you don't have it in working order, you delete the device in the web interface, wait one minute and it should disappear. Now I was able to 'produce' a device in firmware 4.024 that cannot be deleted. Since that is a beta version, support doesn't deal with that. But I had even something more exotic! A device that existed in the HC2 database, but that was not visible in the web interface! Since raw access to the database is closed, how did I find out? Simply by upgrading to version 4... it would appear as a sort of orphaned device. Because version 3 is supported, a simple mail to Fibaro support + a remote session got rid of the "phantom".

arnovanderhorst, what do you mean exactly by "duplicated" devices? Maybe some pictures?

I also have some devices that are not function any more. Excluding makes no different also. Only thing to do is including again. But then you have a duplicate device.

How can you delete the devices that you don't need anymore. Simply removing is not working

If exclusion doesn't work immediately, please try again. You might be surprised that it *does* work.

If that fails, you can use the X mark on the device (next to the wrench icon) on you home or devices page. Please allow for one minute for it to disappear after a browser refresh. Please only use the X for this specific case only. The propper way is to go via the "devices" then "add or remove device" page.

If this doesn't help, try a reboot + repeat this procedure.

I've had a case of a non-removable device with one of the previous firmwares. In that case, support was able to help me via a remote session.

I hope this answers you question.

I am sorry that your problem hasn't been addressed yet. I did nothing special to get remote support, and I am not related to Fibaro in any other way than being a customer.... I did notice in other topics (e.g. Update HC2 4.033 Hotfix) that users are saying there are delays in the processing of issues. I had this "rogue node" problem some time ago, when I was testing the betas. Things may have changed. BTW what firmware are you running?

Looks like I just hit the same issue. Bug #0002958 where devices are not able to be remove.

I just did a ZWAve reset and restore and its seems to have fixed the same issue I had in not being able to remove "lost" nodes thru the "x" on the device
