Fixed position on IP camera

I have a magninon ipc-10ac (Aldi) Ip camera. it works with the HC2.

with this camera i can set 3 fixed positions, i want to control this with the HC2.

the command for this is: decoder_control.cgi?command=31

if set this in HC2 for example at the stop button, it works.

but i want to use it with a virtual device. i can't get it to work

i get the response: 401 unauthorized, The request requires user authentication.

user = admin

Just a suggestion, I use this to set my Foscam camerapreset. You can put the IP and port in virtualdevice primary fields
