Question

Posted

Hi,

I'm using my HC2 behind a modem/router provided by my internetprovider.

This limits my port forwarding options.

Initially the http port is set to 80, is it possible to change that to another number?

*EDIT* changed the port to 80 in stead of 8080, believe that was the wrong port, but this didn't fixed the problem

Thank you

Any one found out any more here?

I would like to program Tasker and IFTTT.com to communicate over API HTTP commands. The system does not allow me to open any ports to tunnel through. Is is possible to send API commands over remote access through Fibaro?

Are you able to portforward your hc2 using port 80? Is your api http command working locally first?

Yes it works locally I have to use port 80 for something else. Tried another external port with internal to the hc2 on 80 but that did not work. I want to use the secure channel of fibaro remote

I doubt it's possible to use the secure channel of fibaro remote server for http api.
