IP Camera DCS-5222l does not work with Android

Question

Posted

Hi

I updated it to the latest firmware (Firmware Version1.11-Firmware Build Number2825).

HC2 SOftware 3.600

The camera is fully functioning with all the D-Link software.

Status now:

In the HC2 software i have a live stream and up, down, left, right works.

On Android: no image

no up, down, left, right (check network connection)

Can anyone post the settings to be put on HC2 and the DCS-5222L in order to get it working?

Thanks!

First thing first, did you try to refresh network data on android App and did you allow the user, which you are using for android app to see the camera? (user panels)
