Merging 2,3 etc LUA scenes in 1

Question

Posted

Is this possible?

Lets say i have 2,3 or even 6 seperate scenes i know is working, but i want them all in 1 code, so i can easily access them instead of going in and out of several scenes making changes.

Is there some code that seperate LUA code for me to use?

It depends on many variables but it is always possible to group scenes

Hehe ok. Im a total n00b here. Im trying to read and understand all.

So why is this scene by example not working. I put "elseif" (Otherwise if). Should not that be enough or do i misunderstand the whole concept here?

things seem correct to me, how you are testing the scene because if you are testing with the button that does not work (startSource["type"] == "other" is in all conditions)

You should also put a fibaro:debug to trace your code.

You should also put before the conditions this code

    It will avoid competing scenes

The last part sounds good, should i put this on other scenes too? And when you say "before" you mean in the top of the code or? Im not sure again
