Cannot add devices

Question

Posted

Hi All,

I have a HC2 and 1-1 from nearly all devices in a test mode. Yesterday, I've removed all the devices (most of the were heavily re-configured, so thought a fresh install for the new version is a good idea). Now, I have 4.030, installed yesterday, with no devices - which was OK, as I removed all. But I cannot add any devices back. Tried so far an RGBW, wall plug, door and motion sensors. HC2s learning mode is staring but cannot find anything. Tried to reboot HC2 - did not helped.

Any idea what I should try? Any type of reset, as I have nothing configured yet?

Thanks!

Please start first few actions

1. unplug RGBW power

2. PLug RGBW power on what color it was glove? (red or green)

If green start from step 1 if red start from step 2

1. Launch removing device action on HC2 - press 3 time button B and wait for info about success removing

2 Launch ading action and again press 3 click on button B then device should be added

    Thanks!

It is working. Seems all devices remained somehow included - maybe my fault, by not properly removing those. Now, I could remove all, then add all back again!
