Can someone from Fibaro come with an report on what is going on?

No word has come out since the update yesterday, other than the update itself was a failure. And the server crashed due to many people trying to update at the same time.

But what is the plan further on regarding all the bug that have come to light after the update?

This V4 is clearly not stable. Its even more bugs than before.

So an official statement should be given in my opinion.

We're obviously on our own. Fibaro hardware is unsafe and can not be sold here. Fibaro keeps ignoring this. Fibaro software is completely unusable and I can't possibly see how this could change any time soon.

So no hardware and no software. I think the time has come to leave this system for good.

    I also take their silence on the matter quite serious and as a confidence infringment.

    Trying to keep things calm by not saying anything does not make the matter better, on the contrary actually.

    If they would have made an official statement and acknowledge the problems they have and are facing. We the customers would have been able to give them sympathy, and patience in the matter. Also most likely been more than happy to help them in the matter.

    Their lack of word and expression on the matter, including the lack of answers on support mails has made me tip over. I aleady ordered a Z-Stick, and most likely will jump ship within a month. Unless something really drasticaly happens. What i will change too depends. But in the heat of everything happening right now, it seems everything is a better solution.

    Thank you Fibaro to finally comming with an statement. And you at leas apologize to us. And the fact that you now say you will bring more frequent updates to fix problems is a good way forward.

    I hope some stuff will be fixed soon.

    Im not jumping ship just yet. i now have a 30 day trial with HomeSeer and i will test both at the same time. So from me you at least have some time. And the fact that you come with a statement makes it much easer for me to accept
