Can i see somewhere whats going on?

Hi there. I`ve got some basic questions.

Q1

Is it possible to see somewhere what´s going on, on the HC2? (3.600) I`ve some Scenes where i`m thinking that they are killing my box?

Q2

Is it possible to get another Eventlog? I think it´s very important to see who is switching something (User1, User2 or a Scene)

Q3

Is it possible to clean up the deviceID`s? I´ve got something about 300 Devices. And because of including and excluding and so on... -) my DeviceID`s are now over 900. Can i get the free DeviceID`s back?

    Next Question.

    There is one Fibaro Video where there comes a Push or Popup on the iPad that there is no more movement in the House and the question "do you want to turn off the lights"

    In that Video you can confirm this message and the lights goes off. I have not found this Scene in the Forums. Is this realy possible?

    Oh Come one will you?

    If you use the image in release advertising material without making it very clear that the feature is not available... I guarantee you that it is equal to "Does not exist" in legal terms.

    Thats exactly what it means, if its not publicly available, it does not exist.

    Oh did i forget to mention that i invented a totally clean renewable energy that has zero carbon footprint and has actually been proven to repair the ozone layer, its not publicly available yet but trust me, it does exist.

    Do not mean to sound awkward! But why do you guys not throw out some official demonstration videos of stuff you have in the locker or are working on... get people on there toes to show them what is likely to happen sooner or later! Do a quick recording using your mobile phones of the ipad using this feature!

    You may find it takes a lot of the pressure of you!

    JanJoh, fergalmccarthy, deanrparry, but that was your decision. Let me remind you wanted stopping developing new stuff and give all resources to fixing version right? It is not published because it is still in last developer stage.

    So please dont't say that everything was a lie but remember that just some function are almost ready

    Oh, that is rich... But, Ok, I will play along, and reply:

    What i _really_ want is product that did was it was advertised to do when i actually bought it close to two years ago.

    But, hey, speak to your bosses. If you refund me full retail for all fibaro my devices, I will happily de-register from the forum.

    Damn, I just tried to make the folowing my board signature... but alas, it was too long.

    I am so sorry. Aparently it is now my fault that we do not get the features that was advertised some two years back. I do apologize to all Fibaro HC2 users.

    So please dont't say that everything was a lie but remember that just some function are almost ready

    Also if that is your response, why were the functions not fixed so ? You are saying users requested you to stop adding new functions, so you did that , but you have failed to fix the functions, or you wouldn't have had to release a hotfix 3 days later that still has many issues.

    You can't have it both ways.

    1. Which date was the promotional video with that feature released?

    2. Was that promotional video advertised as anything but current functionality?

    3. Is the feature available now?

    3. Which date is it today?

In your eyes we are bad guys what ever we do, do we listening community or not, do we inform or not, if we fixing version in small part but with faster speed, or we fix version one month but releasing a lot of fixes, when we inform you that function is almost ready, or we keep it for self

    OK! I only advised you to take 2 minutes and provide some simple videos (if your struggling for time with bugfixes then my 4 year old can help) to stop the wrath of the forum... not to keep incorporating features! This is after all the English/International side of the forum so if your struggling to grasp what I said then please get someone else to translate it for you!

    We do not want features! We want fixes... but does not hurt to provide proof that what these guys contracted into with there purchases is actually going to happen one day

    I cannot state how many times I have said you wasted your time with those stupid plugins that do not even function correctly!

    Becuase, quite frankly, else they would not let your marketing department act in the manner that they do time and time again.

    @A.Socha, i cannot speak for processes and procedures in Poland, but from my background i've never seen development like it. You have a tool, bugzilla and it is not used. There was this morning 1244 open records. That shows that the tool is effectively useless as the open entries go back almost 2 years.

    Fibaro need to put proper procedures in place. Using a forum format for software development is just awful, its never going to work. You current have people reporting bugs in the forum, via email to poland support and not to UK support and also in bugzilla. There are so many duplicates in bugzilla and nobody manages them. You need either a junior member or dedicated resource to manage bug report, if it comes in via email, then they open a bugzilla, but someone has to manage the records.

    I do understand your trying your best, and from what I have seen, and this is purely assumption, you are being asked to do too much, a few people, especially ones that specialise in certain areas cannot do all that is expected. Someone that is good at documentation needs to write documentation, someone that is good at administration needs to manage the bug reports, software developers need to fix bugs and improve the software.

    I personally hate writing documentation so i don't, but there needs to be some soft of plan or project within Fibaro to get documentation, hardware / software compatibility , and to get the HC2 into a good, really stable place where customers are happy, and then progress with new features.

    I still do not understand why I got dragged into it! I thought I was actually siding with Fibaro for once and they still moan! Got a good mind to stick this HC2 and all my sensors in a * blender and youtube it to show people what we should be doing with it!
