Hi guys,

I can not find any info about this issue. My custommer has Fibaro motion sensor. Few days ago he had temperature jump, so we set the parameters :

60 - 0,3

62 - 1800

64- 600

This settings works for me and basically everyone I ever made the setting for. But yesterday he got another temperature jump. It went from normal to -1650 .

Do you guys have any solution for this? I am waiting for support to get on this case, but maybe you can help.

Thanks a lot.

Milos797, if it is placed inside and this situation is repeating you should consider sending it back to warranty.

Yes, I am considering that. I got info from support to reconfigure the device, so if the problem will come back I will send it for warranty.

Do you think reconfiguring can actually help?

Milos797, hard to say, but always worth a try.
