4.031 - Is anyone making Sony Bravia pluggins working?

Hello,

I've got two Sony bravia & Bluray player.

None of them are working with the new Fibaro plugin, freshly installed.

The @IP detection is working fine.

But the "Request Authorization Key" do absolutely nothing.

(This is not as important as fixing others bugs, like Netatmo plugin, but ... just anoying. No pluggin is really working for me)

Not to forget, they don't allow us to program our own plugins (which would probably work better). Well we can program them but not import it on 4.031.

Sony Bluray Plugin works fine...

The latest Sony Firmware update for TVs made the plugin stop working... It did work prior to this.

When you have entered the IP address of the device, you have to click the save icon before requesting the auth. key

Even if i save, and then request an authorization code, it does not work on tv, nor bluray.

(I have the lastest firmwares on boths)

Go into Network Settings, Remote devices and view devices..

See if there is a Device called "FIBARO REMOTE"

If there is, or there are already too many devices, delete them and try again.

I tried to delete all devices from TV.

No improvement.

It could be good to display some information on the plugin.

Like a status with error, or even, the http request & answer in a debug box.

It could allow to understand the problem.

(don't have the time to install a manageable switch to dump the traffic between hc2 and the tv...)

Thanks for your answer. But ... it is not my lua code ... it's an Official Fibaro plugin.
