ZXT-120 temp sensor

Hi,

I'm having a hard time with his ZXT-120 thing. I can get it to turn on and off the AC, but the reported temperature always stays the same until I press the prog button (wake up?). The thing is that I've made absolutely sure that I have it in "always listening" mode. But nope, it simply doesn't update the temp reading. Any idea on what can be wrong?
