Question
dw89 8
Hi All,
Asked this a while ago (not that I know too much about JSON tbh). I wanted to know if I could, using LUA, change an ICON for a scene dynamically once it has been triggered or in lieu with a global (or something like that). I think it was Malvin who said you can't.
By chance I was looking at the api JSON and saw that this was returned for my scene:
{"id":18,"name":"Set Alarm","roomID":17,"iconID":1003,"enabled":true, ETC ETC ETC
It has iconID == 1003
Surely if the icon is in the system already can I not change this via JSON to reflect the new Icon I want and change it back at will via LUA/JSON?
Info appreciated.
KR, Dave
