Hi,

I have a 12v supply to my Fibaro RGBW controller. I've added it to my HC2 but cannot get the lights to turn on and off via the web ui.

If i plug a traditional manually remote controller in to the lights they work fine.

What could be wrong ? The controller is pretty much default params and settings.

I've tried two fibaro RGBW controllers just to be sure nothing is wrong with one of them.

I was running HC 4.19 firmware

Cheers

Can you make a picture of your attached device?

Like boomx said, a wiring diagram + screenshot of web gui + photo of your setup may help us determine what's wrong...

Sanity check - have you bridged the power from the power supply to the lights?

I'd like to add... Beware, the outputs are single ended.
