Yes this works! I can only say it to 3.600. Don`t know what`s with 4.xxx because after terrible 18 hours i`m back on 3.600.

Its a little bit tricky to include that thing!

First configure the Power Reader with the Software and the Usb Stick you`ve got in the Kit. Then it is very important to exclude the Device from the Stick with THE POWER READER SOFTWARE because then the zwave Parameters are not gonna be killed. After that include it on your HC2 as you know it and give him about 30 minutes. After that you can see everything what you`ve configured and you can change every Parameter you want.

It does include in 4.3x but the reading is 0. There is a kwh reading though. Which can be read out from a virtual device, where you can then show the measurement of the last ... minutes or hour

It works in 4.x, kind of, but like in the image posted above it will always show a big "0" and you will have to enable power metering in the device options to display the value in the right corner. In 3.x it worked as expected.

I've installed the NorthQ Power Reader NQ-9021, but not been able to get it configured.

This is what mine looks like in HC2, v4.033, see attachments.

I tried to reconfigure and also to remove and re-add, but still the same.
