4 Fibaro Relay Switch FGS-221 burned in 3 month !

Hello,

I've a strange problem.

I use FGS-221 to give a signal to the motor of my garage door

Wiring is simple :

N and L to 220V, IN and O1 to the switch

It works, but only few weeks. After, the switch is defintively dead. No bad smell. 4 are dead now !

Only thing, I measure +/- 30V DC between IN and O1 constantly. Is this can be the issue ?

The current is not going trough the swich. The swich is just acting as an impulsion and only 3 sec max. During the impulsion, only 100 ma is going throught.

Could you please draw a schematic?

If there is no significant current through the switch it should not fail. If four of them have failed in such a short time there is definitely something wrong somewhere..
