Same problem here and on different HC2/HCL and different versions. Fibaro please fix it as soon as possible or enable ssl support in a future relesase, then we'll NAT them.

    We have already tested these configurations. This time the problem seems to be that part Fibaro. Every attempt is useless.

    As I said in previously mentioned topic, we are currently inspecting possible causes of lack of remote access, I will get back to you with more information when we get to the source of problem.

    Is this causing also the terrible slow performance of the APP? I takes 10 till 20 seconds to get the first screen....

    It takes 5 seconds on local network as well. Which renders the app useless as a quick remote.

    Btw. the remote connection works again.

    Fibaro, when you fix something how about a message??

    Why do you even use social media???

    I also expect to have information if there is a problem with your services.

    Social Media is clearly only for positive messages about how good Fibaro are, how good there software is and that there are no issues at all. Funnily enough I missed the posts on how rubbish the stable V4 was and 2 hot fixes needed to be rushed out, because someone decided it was ready, or the post saying remote access was down, and still down.

    You really do specialise in how to enrage customers, top marks for that

    ) that remote access is not working for HCL users either (especially in the early morning hours until 9:00 a.m. CET) which I don't understand..... Why is remote access not working in the early morning but for the rest of the day???
