hue app HC2

Hi there,

I now installed the hue app on my HC2. The (right) IP was found automatically, good.

Then I pressed the button on the white hue station until my finger broke. There was no blink of the blue hue light or so. Hmm. Ok.

Then I clicked on "Create User" on the hue app in the hc2 but nothing happened. Is this ok? Shouldn't I get something like "Ok, now I will create the user" or something?

After that there was nothing else shown, so after a couple of minutes I pressed "Start search" and indeed I now have some lights discovered (just with their id numbers). If I have those id numbers, is there a user created or is everybody able to see those ids and the user wasn't created?

Oh boy, I would LOVE to get a result, a logfile, an error, a blinking light or whatever but this "I won't tell you the secret if I did something" hammers on my nerves...

Any help?

hi, indeed there is no indicator process was ok etc. And yes you only get the light numbers - question would be - do they react and work? If yes, just rename the devices and your up and running

once you configured the hue plugin don't forget to SAVE the settings. After that all of your hue lamps should popup in Devices.

And there's a big chance they don't work after that, but feel free to hare that with us.

Unfortunately they don't work at all from the hc2. And I cannot see a user named HC2 in the hue system (which I of course can debug)...
