Hi, I am trying to upgrade my software from 4.024 to 4.032 but cannot even get passed the install terms page. I just get access denied and the screen returns to the dashboard. How can I update?

Matt Childs, are you doing this as a admin?

Are you doing it remotely? If so go local and it works.

Yes as admin via the remote access site.

I tried that as well but it didn't work. It only worked when doing it locally. Not sure if this is intentional but it looks more safe anyway.

    Try to access locally.

Hi, probably a simple answer but how do I log in locally?

My computer is wired into the same network as the HC2 and everything is controlled by the remote access within a browser. There doesn't appear to be a button on the HC2 for updates, just an LED flashing to inform that an update is available.

Type the IP of our HC2 into your browser...

    /emoticons/default_wink.png" alt=";)" srcset="https://forum.fibaro.com/uploads/emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> something like 192.168.0.101

You find your IP under Configuration -> LAN-Settings
