Hi!

I just received the Fibaro motion sensor - however I am not permitted to make the proper changes to the advanced settings. Whenever I try to make a change in the settings HC2 keeps moving the settings back to default a couple of minutes later. I tried to wake it up just after making changes. I have tried to exclude/include several times. Is there something wrong with the hardware?

/ regards

Fredrik

Did you wake up (= press the button three times on) your motion sensor after saving the new values?

Fredrik, battery powered things have to wake up or be woken in order to recive new settings. That is not strange that is how it is supposed to work. If you didn't wake it up properly it will set the new values the next time it wakes up and phone home.

Yes I know this, but Joachim - I have tried to change the settings for a week - and it has woken up severol times in that period of course, but then all of a sudden it seems to have exepted thevalues I was trying to change. I still think it's a bit strange though.

Well... that's strange. But if the case is not reproducible, then we should close this topic.
