Remote Access

My HC2 has DHCP internet connection and the remote access is set to Yes.

I have created a remote access account on home.fibaro.com and added my HC2.

And the Fibaro app is installed on my iPad.

I log in in with remote access in the Fibaro app and I find my HC2.

Now when I try to log in to the HC2 with admin/admin or with another account I have created under Configuration/Access Control, I just got No Connection.

What do I do wrong?
