Family Tracking and Push Notifications - iPhone

I can't get family tracking to work - no Family group showing on The House etc. I have 3 users setup - 1 admin, 2 me, 3 my wife. My wife an I both have iPhones running iOS8. We are both setup for remote access and have the app installed on our iPhones. We have GPS tracking enabled with 5 minute updates. When looking at Rest API get/users we both show as hasGPS = "false". It's driving me crazy - any ideas? And push notifications don't work either despite them be enabled also. Also driving me crazy. Ideas?

Mind to share how to check the "hasGPS"?

I believe my scenario is similar and GPS is not working but I have not been able to determine how to check or troubleshoot.

yes gps has been broken for AGESSSSSSSS even my old lua code to allow user to change tracking times is broken... api/users?id= is also broken you get universal results each time!

post it on bugzilla and monitor it i would suggest... hopefully it will get fixed for you! i knew about this a long time ago but its pointless reporting them if your face don't fit your bug don't get fixed with Fibaro!

Just confirmed all 4 users I have are having "hasGPS":false. Now I know why the GPS tracking is not working.

In the iPhone 5s, I noticed the 'Location Services | Fibaro' keeps reverting to blank setting despite selecting 'Always' a few times. Have not been able to identify when or what triggers the setting to go blank.

Same problem for me.  All users except "Admin" show HasGPS:false.  It would be good if the Family panel worked because that was one of the reasons I bought HC2.

Same here. HasGPS:false - I managed to set location always in iOS. But it is not working.

I've my HC2 since 2013, and it has never worked whatever the SW version.

I bought HC2 mainly for this function, I searched a lot to make it works but I never managed to make it work.
