Hi there

I have 2 lights outside my house which are controlled by a Fibaro dimmer module. The lights have got CFL lamps of 15w each.. One of the lamps had stopped working so I purchased 2 new ones and replaced theses. Now, however, the lights when off have got a very slight flicker. This never happened with the old lamps. Do I need to set any parameters in the HC2 to cater for this?

This is what I have at present as my settings for this dimmer module.

1 - All ON Active, ALL Off Active (Default)

6 - Default

7 - Default

8 - 1%

9 - 0.05s

10 - 0s

11 - 1%

12 - 99%

13 - 98%

14 - Toggle Switch

15 - Double Click On

16 - Dimmer memorizes its state at power loss

17 - Stair Switch OFF

18 - Function OFF

19 - On/OFF = Changed position of switch key (toggle switch)

20 - 110

I read on Vesternet that changing the parameters 12 to 99% 13 to 98% and 20  to between 134 - 140 would help. But it has not worked.

Thanks

Raj

If you have a three wire setup, I give up (see manual

Unless installing a Qubino (uses different technology) or a Fibaro Relay counts as a solution.

If it is a two wire setup, you need a bypass as described in the same manual. Even then not all CFL or LED behave well with a (Fibaro) dimmer.

It is a 2 wire setup.. thought that it may need a bypass.. will try and install this today.. thanks
