RGBW troubles

Hello!

 

i have a problem. i install a RGBW-Module for IN/OUT. It works with 2 lightssensors. but after updating HC2 to Software 4.033 i got no signal. the same problem with my 3 motion sensors. They doesnot show any lux.

 

so, what can i do? sorry for my bad english

First "soft reconfigure" and wake up device. If that doesn't help, exclude and include. Double check parameters in each case.

soft reconfigure and exclude und include didn't work. i got no response of the light sensor.

No more ideas, besides the obvious: mail to [email protected]. Sorry...
