Smoke detector Graphics (no good)

My graphics of the smoke detectors are no good, no stable.

 

After a made a call to support about the graph that show only red (see pic , 2nd SmokeDetector before new include) want to get on with it

Also got a smoke detector that doesn't show anything in graph.  This is a brand new smoke detector !

 

I exclude and include the 2nd then all things seem normal.

 

After this I start to do a test.

 

The Test of the smoke detectors I do in official way. With REF 8 Aerosol Test Gas.

This is the the way to really test the optic sensor inside the smoke detector , and there behavior.  (beside official test wood set up, but you don't want that in your own house)  

I do not test with cigarette, fireplace (never test like this only if you like if graphics will show something ) and see the difference.

Just to see what the graphics will do on normal fire.

 

For now I only did a short test, with default setting of the smoke detector.

Both smoke detector test I did within 15 minutes.

You see the 2nd after including normal.

and after the test nice peek in graphics.   <This is like normal. >

 

But with the brand new smoke detector you see nothing.

The only thing you see is around 16:00, I wasn't even home.

 

 

Because of the problem with the 2nd smoke detector graphics and now 1st I started this topic.

So people would see what is normal and what isn't.

 

 

I run version 4.033 now.

 

Hope we could share more of this here.

Maybe could expand the smoke detector topic, all suggestions welcome.

Dear Sir,

Unfortunately sometimes after update some issue can appear.
Our software engineers still make corrections to the update process proceeded as best.
Our smoke sensors are tested by test engineers to achieve relevant standards.

not totally agree with this, should be okay when you on "stable"
