Secure SRT321 and HC2 3.600

Question

Posted

Hey guys,

I am having issue with Secure SRT321 (Horsmann). The termostat is working without this issue on my HCL, but when I installed it on the HC2 with 3.600 running, I am missing Wake up interval in settings, and the termostat never update from the HC2 value.

It is working the way from termostat to the system but not on the way out.

I tested two termostats with it, both behave the same way.

Is anyone using SRT321 with HC2 and 3.600 and got it working? Thanks

This is why I don't want to upgrade the firmware to 3.6 and more

I'm not confident with SRT321 and the new firmware

So I stay in 3.591 !!

Sorry I can't help you

Ok so the termostat is working with 3.600. There is still no option to use it as room temperature sensor, but there are many motion sensor around right

And how did it happen? Funny enough, but I dont know. The guys from support wanted to check it and the wake up interaval was there. In the time of instalation I went trough it many times, I readded, used another termostat... with no luck. Maybe one thing I didnt try was the reboot of HC2, or the termostat just needed some time

    Help !

    I included some SRT321 into a HC 2 running on 4.037.

Because of multiple probblems with 4.037 I revoverd to 3.600. I excluded the SRt321, the tried to include them into the HC2 3.600. No success. They even do not show the radio wave sign.

I ordered  faxtory new SRT321's. All of them do not show the radio wave sign. I cannot include them

I tried the P option the reset to factory defaults on the SRZT321, no success, no Z-wave radio sign. The manual says: "A radio mast symbol with no radio waves
indicates that the SRT321 has not been signed on to enable it to communicate with the Z-Wave system." Is anybody able to get the radio mast symbol back ?

That is a real disaster, because heating is out of control.

    Can anybody help ?

    Thanks,

    Klaus
