Flood sensor problem

I have a problem with the Flood sensor , sent me a notification flood alarm that there was no loss of water ..... it has happened to other users ? is a known problem ? how can I solve

I think this is a valid workaround:

 

On the "Advanced" page of the device, under "Notification" , "Email": change "About Status Change" to "About turn on".

I had the same situation just a couple of days ago - flood sensor went crazy and started alarming about water being detected. Luckily there was no water anywhere, but the sensor was not able to understand it and I had to remove the battery to reset it. After that did soft reconfiguration and it started working again. I'm afraid that this is something we have to learn to live with - stability and reliability of fibaro is questionable and I would never fully rely on this system.

it seems to me that the commitment to do things well done cinsia everything from design to finishing interfaces .... all systems have the bugs especially if young people ..... it is important 'to take steps to resolve problems quickly if they do so then it will be a great product

Not sure about the sound as the sensor sits in the boiler room, but it sent out notifications on my iphone and email. Then the flood sensor remained breached until the battery was removed and device was soft reconfigured.

 

Yes, I am on the latest stable version v3.600. For me 4.x is still early beta and I won't upgrade as I have better things to do than updating all scenes and fighting with satel integration which is a key driver for many scenes.
