No Push notifications

Hi everyone,

 

My Fibaro motion sensor doesn't sent me "PUSH" notifications (allthough configured). It does send me e-mails though.

 

Does anyone know what I do wrong ?

This is a known issue... push notification buggy but i contacted support and they said push fixed in next iOS app which is due out in next few weeks...

So this is an iPhone bug and not a Fibaro issue?

No its a Fibaro app issue linked with working with latest apple IOS (I think)

 

Support Said the latest Fibaro app yet to be released will fix the issue.

 

I have had fibaro for a while and previously on my iPhone 5 push worked fine, however on latest iOS iPhone 6 push works when first set up then stops. There are previous topics on this forum and bug tracker covering the issue and workarounds to solve but to be honest they involve leaving the app in remote connection mode and slow down connection times.

 

So I just changed all my notifications to email for now - they work perfectly (but a delay of about 20 seconds rather than a few)

 

I only contacted support again in the lat few days and they said next update to their app will be available depending on apple certification but in a few weeks...
