Is it possible to customize user interface in smartphone application and PC interface, like adding building layout and get preview of which all lights running in rooms, over all view - like in the attached picture.

No, not possible... But you can Build your own application and Check the status via the api

    He means that you can build a whole application from scratch. Which means that you need some knowledge about programming.

    I haven't had time to work on my interface for some time now, but this is what I've got as far as room overview goes... It isn't completely polished yet, but I am still working on it when I can find a bit of time for it, but it is slower progress than I thought...
