Can t recovery

Hello everyone,

I have a problem when I want to recovery.

I press the + button and power, then LEDs starts from the left, and then all LED are on.

I can't acces the HC2.

I tried many times.

Can you help me ?

Chances are that nobody can help you, except Fibaro support. I've seen a few reports of this and I had a similar case.

 

They'll probably ask you to attach a monitor to your HC2 to see what it has to say at boot time. If it's all black, than the box needs to be repaired.

 

Could you try that, please?

    I attach a monitor to my HC2 and try to make a recovery.

    It is not black, but I can't exactly tell you what it says...

    It is writing during 3-4 minutes and then become black.

    When I boot in working mode, the verify checksum seems looping (Config/Backup&recovery/Recovery).

    Maybe my recovery partition have a problem?

    Yes, I was thinking corrupted recovery partition too... I've seen the "checksum" function in the web interface, but I didn't notice it on the boot screen. It has been some time ago that I attached a monitor to my HC2, mayby it scrolled by very fast or it wasn't there yet.

     

    In any case... Bad news ...

    /emoticons/default_icon_sad.gif" alt=":-(" /> It sounds like an issue for Fibaro support, because I've never seen anything on this forum to fix this type of problem. Probably they'll ask you to send the box in for repair.

    You're right Peter, it is in the web interface that the verify checksum is looping.

    I will send an email to fibaro support.
