Sensor movement off equipment

I'm trying to create the next scene

 

Room with AR, and SKY TV

 

When you have no movement in the room, turn off all devices

 

The problem is that if we are in the room without moving or not some movement detected by the sensor,it shuts down the devices.

 

Any idea for this scenario?

What about a contact switch under the cushion of your seat that connects to the input of a binary sensor or door sensor? When you sit in the seat it knows you are in the room. Create a scene that switches things off if you aren't in your seat for x minutes
