Danfoss Time in HC2 UI

Question

Posted

Hi All,

I just installed Dafoss valves. Connection works as designed. What I do not understand: When I look at the room, I see two parameter: The temperature and a time (set to 2h).

What is the time for?

Thank you

Roger

If you use the heating panel, time = 0 means "follow the schedule from the heating panel". If you set a time, the thermostat will stay at the set temperature for the set time, as an override of the panel.
If you don't use the heating panel, then what happens is..., damn, I can't remember. I always use the heating panel. So my advise: use the heating panel.

Unless you want to dive into lua coding. Some members use all code to program thermostats... But even then you use a combination of time and temperature.
