Overriding Heating Panel based on motion sensor

Question

Posted

Hi, I am quite new to Fibaro and Z-wave. I recently discovered how I could use my temperature sensor and relay together as a thermostat with HC2, by linking the devices and using the heating panel. This configuration seems to work fine.

Next, I would like the activation of motion sensors to override the temperature setting for a while, very similar to what you can do manually by entering values into "Manual mode". The intention is that if people are home when the house normally is empty, the heating should be enabled. Is that possible?

I also noticed that the mobile app for Android had a nice temperature adjustment panel, but the setting was not saved when I left the screen, and I did not find any button to save the setting. How does this work?
