FGS211 Switch not updating

Since yesterday, my FGS211 switch doesn't update the status when I operate it manually.

I'm quite new with HC2, so I don't know where to look for any solutions.

What can I check to look for a solution?

(I've tried changing the setting for Sleeping device yes-> and no->yes: doesn't make a difference...)

I'd start with an Exclude - Include if you don't mind having to change ID's in scripts. "Short Pain" type of solution...

    Tried that: no luck.

I'm also wondering why it stopped sending updates to HC2.

Could it have anything to do with the upgrade to 4.035?

I've upgraded a few 2x1,5 relays from .033 to .035 and I also added a new 2x1,5 directly to .035. When I operate the switches, the web interface shows status correctly. So I can't reproduce your problem. Bummer. Have you tried to exclude & reset (see manual) the relay? Do you Have "" in all three association groups? If so, you could try to remove them, save, wait for confirmation then add the controller back to the associations. What firmware version is your relay?

I've removed the associations with 1 (HC2 controller), saved, waited for confirmation and added the associations again. No luck.

I've excluded/included the relay a couple of times: no luck.

I havent reset the relay yet, since that would require me to open up the wall socket and pull the wiring apart. That's the last thing I would wanna do.

When I look in the Advanced-section of the settings, the "version" of the relay states "1.4". Is this what you mean by "firmware version"?

ps: all other (6x) 2x1,5 relays still work fine...

Yes, 1.4 is the firmware version. I asked because I remembered reading something about it and I've found it. It's an issue reported here:

To summarize in my own words: this problem occurs sometimes, especially with 1.4. Fibaro knows and is working on a fix.

Well, incompatibility between two fibaro products is the last thing one would expect when purchasing a HC2

But since the relay is part of a crucial scene, I ordered a 2x1,5 relay to replace the FGS211.

And what happenend: right before I wanted to unscrew the wall switch, my scenes started working again: the FGS211 had updated it's status! Go figure!

(I ended up replacing the relay anyway, just in case).

thanks petergebreuers for pointing me to the issue.
