Hi

Can the Fibaro FGS-212 measure the actual power consumption? I have found that you can set the assumed load. But I would like see the actual power usage.

None of the current Fibaro relays have the ability to measure/meter actual power consumption.

Hmm. That model isn't listed on the Fibaro site. Google turns up pages from Sweden only... But last week I got a mail from my Dutch supplier that the FGS212 was available (for order)... Without proper documentation I hate to speculate, but you are from Sweden? What does it say? Google translate leaves me in the dark here. So now a bit of speculation: like chaicka says, the 2x1,5 and 3 kW relay's don't measure consumption. So to be safe, I would assume the 1x2,5kW won't do that either.

Could explain why real-time power measurement would be important to you? I use the relay's on lighting equipment with fixed load that only changes when I change the bulb. But I can imagine there are varying loads that can be connected to a relay... The wall plug measures power, but I know it wont fit in a wall box...
