Remote access fibaro V4

 HC2 is unavailable in home.fibaro.com (My internet connection is fine, DNS is set to 8.8.8.8 Speedtest Down 24M and upload 20M)

Fibaro had issues after releasing 4.035 with remote access. That problem has been solved but from what I understand from other posters, this probably needs a reboot of your HC2 (mine did). Can you test it please?

I'm sorry to hear that.. What did support tell you or are you seeking assistance from the community first? Can you tell a bit more about what happens after you connect to home.fibaro.com?

I had same issue too.

I have to reboot.. after reboot it is alive for some times.. than need to reboot too... this is absurd. 

Also if internet connection is unavailable for some minutes.. when it is back fibaro doesn't restore the connection.

This is a BIG issue of v4

I try to work with Fibaro Support.. But the dalay for the answare is realy large... take days

Thank you for your feedback. This bug 3086 suggests that when I have a power cut, I won't be able to remotely access my HC2, because it boots faster than my CBN docsis modem (internet provider TELENET). It would be nice to have this issue fixed...

I think asigning the fix IP within LAN to the HC2 should fix this issue
