Hey guys,

 

just to let you know, something like this will work too. 

It is Fingerprint scanner (Set AP Home Multi), which can recognise 4 different fingerprints. That mean 4 people can get diferent device / scene running in the house after scanning fingers. Integration works simple with door window sensor.

As you can see on the video, the name of it is eKey

The cheaper one is with only one relay output. This one has 4 outputs, so you can set up for your family, which output will be used for which fingerprint. 

The connection is teally simple, you just need to connect outpusts with door window sensor inputs. There is no settings (only changing the door sensor for the input mode). 

And how it works. You swipe your finger, the device recognize it and it opens the relay for a second. As you can see on the video, while the relay is open, the door icon on the tablet is open too. You need to run scene based on this. So if the door open, do this and that.

You can do this with HCL so no lua needed.

 

Price - this one is around 500 no VAT. The version with one relay is i think 450 no VAT or so.
