Come form Vera, New to HCL - Night or day plugin?

Just got my HCL yesterday and I love it, it is just SO much faster than my old Vera, and the software is easy to understand. Almost every device is now running on my new HCL.

 

In my old Vera i had a plugin to turn on/off my outdoor light. It was telling if it is night or day (dark/light) on my current location, is there a similar function in HCL?

Why can't i edit the settings of Sunset? 

 

I want to the lamps to go on lets say 30 minutes before Sunset NOT after..

The option is "xx minutes after Sunset" but not before but why not BEFORE??

 

If i had a HC2 instead of a HCL could i edit this setting?

Samplex, it was indeed introduced in v4 and will be the same in HCL too after release of the update.
